What we collect
- What you type into a quote or registration form: name, email, phone number, state, and what you need.
- Nothing else about you. The calculator runs in your browser and the figures you enter are not sent to us.
Why we collect it
To pass your request to conveyancers or property lawyers who can quote on it, and to answer you about that request. We ask for your consent on the form before you send it, and we do not use your details for anything else.
Who it is shared with
Conveyancers or property lawyers entitled to act in your state, whose registration we have checked. Requests are also processed by the form provider that delivers them to us. We do not sell personal information.
How long it is kept
Only as long as needed to handle the request and meet record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.
Access, correction and complaints
